I founded Working On Calm, LLC to help clients apply simple, science-based strategies to reduce stress, build resilience, and live healthier, happier lives.

I am a Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, have a doctorate in Psychology, and received my Integrative Wellness Coaching certification from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
