I founded Working On Calm to explore simple, science-based strategies for a calmer, healthier life. Originally started as a blog to document my personal journey with anxiety, it naturally expanded to include helping others.

At my breaking point, I was overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and illness. I desperately needed realistic solutions that would work with my hectic life. Taking baby steps to rebuild my wellness, I emerged from the process a calmer, healthier, happier mom.

Now, I help others make similar changes. My clients learn to prioritize health and wellness with an emphasis on self-care that reduces stress and builds resilience. As a certified integrative wellness coach, I leverage my professional experience as a consultant, trainer, and educator with my personal experience as a recovering burned-out mom.

It is my mission to help people beat stress & burnout while prioritizing health & wellness.
